Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tiny Timers mobile application ("the app", "we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard EULA for App Store apps and these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

Auto-renewable subscription disclosure:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your Apple ID account settings on your device after purchase. See Apple's instructions.
The current price and the duration of each subscription period are shown on the paywall before purchase.

4. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with their policies. You can request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Restoring purchases

If you reinstall the app or use a new device, you can restore previous purchases via the "Restore Purchases" option on the paywall, using the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

The app is a personal productivity tool. It is not intended for use in any context where failure could result in injury, loss, or damage (for example, medical timing, safety-critical timing, or industrial control).

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Spain, unless required otherwise by applicable consumer protection law.
